門窗適用標準：EN 14351-1:2006+A1:2010 –Windows and external pedestrian doorsets without resistance to fire and/or smoke leakage characteristic；EN 14351-1:2006+A1:2010 –無防火和煙控特性的窗以及外部走道門This European Standard identifies material independent performance characteristics that are applicable to windows (including roof windows, roof windows with external fire resistance and French windows), external pedestrian doorsets (including unframed glass doorsets, escape route doorsets) and screens.

 

本歐洲標準確定各材料的不同性能特點，適用于窗（包括天窗，有外部防火性能的天窗，屋頂窗），外部走道門（包括無框玻璃門，逃生通道門）和屏風。

 

歐盟官方已經(jīng)規(guī)定，自2010年2月1日起，所有在歐洲市場銷售的門窗產(chǎn)品，必須根據(jù)EN 14351-1進行CE認證并加貼CE標識。

 

一般情況，門窗產(chǎn)品CE認證必須由歐盟委員會認可的具備相關(guān)資質(zhì)能力的指定公告機構(gòu)（Notified Body），根據(jù)體系3進行操作。歐盟為了更加嚴格的規(guī)范建筑產(chǎn)品CE認證，自2013年7月1日起，歐盟頒布的建筑產(chǎn)品法規(guī)Construction Product Regulation No.305/2011/EU-CPR(簡稱CPR法規(guī)）將全面取代原來的建筑產(chǎn)品CE認證指令(Construction product directive 89/106/EEC-CPD(簡稱CPD指令)，進入強制實施階段。

 

根據(jù)EN 14351-1，門窗CE認證參考的測試項目：

 

1. 范圍  本歐洲標準確定各材料的不同性能特點，適用于窗（包括天窗，有外部防火性能的天窗，屋頂窗），外部走道門（包括無框玻璃門，逃生通道門）和屏風。  

 

2.標準強制日期  從2010年2月1日起，所有在歐洲市場銷售的門窗產(chǎn)品，必須根據(jù)EN 14351-1進行CE認證并加貼CE標識。    

 

3. 認證體系確認  根據(jù)EN 14351-1標準的第ZA.2章，表ZA.2，門窗CE認證需遵循的體系為體系3   

 

4.需測試的性能指標&測試方法    ★ 水密性： EN1027 ★ 氣密性： EN1026 ★ 抗風壓： EN12211  ★ 扣緊裝置的安全性能： EN 948 

建筑五金

 

建筑五金CE認證屬于歐盟建材CE認證的范疇，需要根據(jù)最新的建材CPR法規(guī)做檢測和認證，建材CPR認證（305/2011/EU-CPR）是于2013年7月起開始強制實施的，根據(jù)不同的建材五金種類，需要相應(yīng)的標準做檢測和認證。
